Hi, we're Tom & Ashley! Otherwise known between friends as: The Coffee Boys.
We founded Fawn Coffee in 2021 and have continued to grow to now be both a mobile and bricks and mortar coffee shop with multiple outlets in our local community.
Having moved back from London after a combined 17 years in the capital, Fawn was our chance to run our own venue after years of doing it for others. We both studied and worked in media, before operating restaurants and cinemas across the city. After a gruelling couple of years with lockdowns and lots of tough choices, we realised we wanted to run our own company to focus on values that were important to us. We wanted to be able to make the right decisions in challenging times, ones that supported and helped our teams and staff and made a positive impact. All we had to get us through the hard times back then was coffee and cocktails... so we had an idea.
We moved home, a caravan was bought, and a lot of rot was found. This began a full 6 month hand restoration of a piece of 70s history. We turned that pile of fire wood into a fully operational mobile cafe. We could now bring our love (and need!) for great coffee and cocktails to the West Country.
We then managed what we always hoped, and got our hands on the keys to a fantastic micro shop on the high st. This gave opportunity to really integrate within a community with a permeant spot that we can grow and develop.
Our journey has not been without challenges. From lockdowns to tough choices, every obstacle fuelled our determination to create a business that reflects our values.

We champion sustainable, local produce. We create teams and spaces that are relaxed, friendly and welcoming. We survive on, and focus everything on coffee! Product is core to what we do.
